Anyone else having issues with Vivastreet atm? I’ve been posting for 2 years without any problems but now my ad just gets deleted within the space of a couple of hours. I keep the description and pictures vanilla but still doesn’t work. Also I see ads with pictures of pornstars and graphic profile descriptions being allowed on there? What is going on?

After that programme on TV that showed Pimps had accounts on viva Street and the amounts they spend and the managers that look after the Pimps, why are you all shocked that Viva Street fuck about all the Independents Adverts?

When you can see all the  images and words on Pimps adverts that Independents can't use it already gives off a 2 tier advertising system.

Viva Street. More like the Pimp Papers

Alot of your active advertis has and use fake pics from porn sites.
Very few Genuine ads, which don't last cos you delete them.
I've tried to register and place an advert on ur site and it's never approved.
None of your customer advicers are tht helpful

Spoken to the live support chat and they tell me it is an automated bot that deletes the account if it “breaches terms” that is why they cannot tell you why the account gets deleted. Very corrupt company.

What absolute BS.  You can see by a lot of the statements here that when we call we are told you can't tell us what is wrong.  I tried!!!!  So even your post here is full of fake statements!!!

I had my ad with you for 10 years.  Was even told a few years ago by one of your customer service people that it was a good advert and nothing wrong with it.  Then you just pull it and wouldn't tell me why!!  No nudity on it.  No explicit words!   Most of your ads are from pimps and you know it!   There are loads of ads with nudity and explicit content yet you don't ban them!

My theory is they just blanket ban accounts at certain times of the year to meet certain quotas.

Which are mainly british independents which aren't filling their pockets as much as the pimps are !!  Vivastreet are disgusting and hiding under a guise of being appearing  helpful but it's all words and no action

Hi all,

We would like to address the recent comments in response to our FAQ post.

We apologise that you are not happy with the response you have received about why your advert was taken down. Vivastreet needs to find the balance between supporting our customers and not providing information that would benefit those who seek to circumvent our safety and moderation systems.

Each advert is judged individually, which is why we ask customers to contact our Customer Service team with any queries so that we may handle your case as such.
Unfortunately in some cases, because of the need to prevent giving guidance to bad actors, we might not be able to give specific details about why your advert has been disabled or your account has been blocked.

We want to ensure that you have a positive experience when using the website and would like to remind you that the following rules apply to any advert posted in the adult categories.

Users must:
1. Register one account only, and not share their account with others
2. Only post your own images, that are not taken from other creators or websites
3. Not post explicit content or images
4. Not copy information or content posted by another user
5. Post adverts in the correct category
6. Ensure that they pay for their own advert

When modifying your ad, please remember to keep our posting guidelines in consideration as modifications are subject to the same rules.

We value and appreciate your feedback and will endeavour to assist you in any way possible.

Thanks,
The Vivastreet team

Again more BS.  As I said I had my ad with you for over 10 years, very rarely changed it apart from new pictures, which showed no nudity!  You only have to go through your listings and it's plain to see that most of your adverts are not independent escorts but posted by pimps or traffickers and if you can't see that then there is something wrong with you.  The only people that seem to have issues with you are british independent ladies as we are probably not spending enough!!  And I think it is a poor show that you come on here defending yourself with lies!!!

All a load of rubbish. The adverts that are allowed to stay have nudity, explicit language and have watermarks of the real person in the photos which is usually some Eastern European OF model that’s not even in the UK. Very corrupt company and obviously allowing these adverts to stay and binning the real ones.
