So rang Vivastreet this morning to see why I can't get on my account. Apparently I've been banned. No explanation given apart from I've breached the rules. I've had the same advert for over 10 years. No nude pictures, no sex words, infact I haven't even changed it at all in over a year. They will not tell me what I have breached...just keep saying it's a final decision . Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Oh and you don't get a refund for the money you paid for that week as you broke the rules but they don't tell you what rules you broke. WTF is going on with these companies lately!!!! This job can be hard enough as it is without the BS!!!
