Can there please be an explicit list put out to clarify what words we can and cannot use? Because it is getting quite difficult to continue using vivastreet for escorting when I can't even clarify the things I'm not comfortable offering as the services list offered is not comprehensive enough. It makes me feel even more unsafe working when I can't refer clients back to my ad saying it's stated I don't do xyz and they could get angry and feel misled. On top of that I am constantly paying for ad reposts only to find the ad inactive because it doesn't match the "terms and conditions" that are CONSTANTLY changing what is allowed and not allowed. I'm loosing money when my ad is inactive half of the time it's up. There needs to be an explicit list with acceptable and not acceptable words, not vague lists that depend on whatever the system is feeling that day.
I keep asking for my issue to be forwarded to someone who can offer more help than your customer service agents who are limited in what they can do and nobody ever follows through with me. It's frustrating and nobody is helping me, the website is also making people who are already at risk have to be in further unsafe situations.
