Twice in the last month I’ve had my advert rejected due to it not meeting guidelines. I’ve had the advert live (with them taking money) for over a year. All I’ve done is updated prices. I am not explicit in my advert at all. There is not specific reason as to what is wrong with it.
Is anyone else having this issue ?

They do it to me too and when they deactivate the add and tell you, you need to change it they never state what you need to change  ::) :FF

Viva street are annoying the took my advert down for having the wrong words. It hardly had any sex words. They do know we are selling sex not a car so what is the problem  ::)

All you said is why i find it stupid. The advert is in Escort Massage and there are many adverts with full on vagina showing and penis pics and the content is vulgar.

When we adhere to the rules it is us who get our adverts rejected or taken down.

Vivastreet are ridiculous!!

Went to repost my ad, that I have had for years, this morning and it's not even there to repost.

Rang them up and turns out it had been totally deleted due to their error.  Apparently due to a blip in their system some adverts had been updated with an expiry date for Feb 2023.  I hadn't even noticed as don't repost every week.  Instead of just deactivating it they deleted it altogether so I have to start from scratch!! It was a long ad!!!! And they don't even have a copy of it!  I'm fuming !!  Rant over!

I'm not by any means into stats or data, so if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.
For those that use Vivastreet, is there an optimum time/day to post your advert or is it just pot luck?

Check how many ads there are in your area first. When I was in a city I used to buy my ad at around 7am and pay for 2x day repost, so it would generally be bumped around 7am and 7pm which was perfect for me. I'd just do it around your core hours of work.

Now I'm in a smaller area and just pay for the basic ad without repost as there's only one page of us anyway.
And me, I am not a mess, I am a wilderness, yes

I always have a copy and pasting of it in my notes. It’s a pain in the butt that you can only add one photo at a time though.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

VS have taken 3 random amounts from my accounts this month.
I've so far had my ad up 7 days,
I'm kinda confused??

Their cams section disappeared, I wonder where my earnings have gone?

The webcam section of VS seems to have disappeared without any communication from VS at all. Although I hadn't cammed on there for a while I still accepted phone chat calls, and was regularly uploading videos for sale. I had not been able to cash out because I had not hit their threshold, but would still like to receive my earnings. I also suspect others may have considerably more money they now cannot access.

I have emailed VS support, looking forward to response.

Response  from vivastreet was to direct me to a deadlink on their blog, and tell me to email the 3rd party separate company who provide their webcam service.

Response from the cam provider;

We changed the Url for the cam, phone chat site.  ::)

This wasn't communicated to me, and for 4 days any links I have in various places will have just gone to VS Escort section - which seems to be the redirect for anyone trying the previous (used for 3 years) link. Wondering if customers actually are aware of this, as well as other performers?

Meanwhile VS tweet about sex worker rights day, but they just pass the buck.

Quite annoying.

I've checked my VS ad today as wondered why my phone was so much quieter than usual. I found it had been de-activated despite them continuing to take payment. They hadn't told me they'd de-activated it, and I don't know when this happened.

The live chat person was helpful and said my ad had been taken down due to it containing 'violent, aggressive or sexual terms'. When I pressed them to explain which terms were a problem (given that my ad was deliberately pretty tame anyway to deter wankmeisters) they said it might have been that I'd used words that related to "BDSM fantasy". I did some tinkering and they re-instated my account immediately after I removed the word 'dominatrix' and the phrase "experience the pleasure of pain".

So as a heads up- you can tick the boxes saying you offer BDSM and fetish, but be very cautious if you refer to it in your ad text  :-\
