Hi there,i need help with viva street ad.

I posted my first ad and paid for the week,but am currently touring,so i have been in one place for 3 days and tomorro going somewhere else,how do i change a postcode in my ad?Can i use the same ad and change somehow area am in there,do i need to contact then or how can i do it myself?Or do i need to post a new ad for new area?Do i close the previous one that is alreadt paid for a week,but been used for 3 days only,and post a new one?can u change the areas in the same ad?Can someone help please,as that was the first time i used it and i dont really know what to do next?

Has anyones add gone from showing how many profile views and number clicks to zero everything? Viva street is the bain of my life, my phone is dead and im on hold with viva street yet to speak to anyone for the last 20 mins 

From yesterday only the zeros are visible....

I had a response back from viva stating......they have disabled the verify your phone number as theres bugs in the system which also then disables the view count and phone clicks but assures me my add is still live and viewable.

Viva street is not working today either! 

Doesn't Viva Street work for anyone else?  You have not been able to I login the my account since 5 am.Login web page not working.

Major issues today. When l try to change location it goes in to moderation for a long time then bounces back to previous location.

I’ve had an advert with Viva for months and went to renew it and edited it. All I did was change the price of an outcall.
I’ve now had a message saying it wasn’t approved as my description goes against guidelines and my advert contains images, text or references or activies not authorised on ViVa.
Any advice on what to do?

My paid advert was deactivated.  I am very disappointed.  I have been using their services for a long time. My adverts are respectful and my pictures are fully clothed with no nudity. I even had a video, to prove my identity.   I was away for 2 days in Ireland for my sister's wedding.  Came back today. They had the audacity to deactivatre my adverts and still charged me until the 14/11/2022.
It's very disappointing that genuine established ladies, get deactivated,  whilst people with fake pictures get to stay up.   I have been using vivastreet on and off for years, but stopped when the clientele got bad. I gave it another chance recently, and finally started getting good clients.
I am so annoyed.  I am guessing one of my competitors reported me for spite or something.
