So bang on time they replied just before 5pm  ::) ;D :D

'Due to technical reasons' the cam and phone chat availability on Escort profiles has been removed.

The buttons are still there and permanently show 'offline'.

Very handy.

One of the reasons I was renewing my Escort ad was because of the link to the cam profile, in fact that was the main reason.

Pre-cam, pre-lockdown I only advertised on VS every other week, sometimes only every other month. ::)

So the 'offline' buttons remain on the Escort ads even if you have a cam profile, but apparently it's ok to write the cam profile URL into the advert details.

If you are  in Birmingham, Solihull or Sandwell don’t bother posting on Vivastreet. As those areas are in local lockdown face-to-face adverts are not allowed.

Even though I’m in Stratford-upon-Avon they seem to have taken down my advert and this area is not in local lockdown. I only placed it today and then less than an hour and a half later I had an email not saying it’s been taken down just saying they weren’t accepting face-to-face adverts in those three areas.

I phoned up and apparently they are having some IT issues and couldn’t find my advert. I have been promised a call back and I hope it can be sorted out that way.

EDIT: Ok I just found my advert but unsure if its there to stay...

Also VivaStreet I don’t know why you list Stratford upon Avon Under Coventry as it’s very misleading for clients.

I have a similar issue in a different part of the country with their geographic database. Using a local postcode puts me way out in a different area, using a postcode for a different town gets me in the rough area, but not the same. If either of these go into lockdown and my actual area not, then I'd be lumped in with whatever happens  ::)

 i am having trouble getting my “cam” profile active. I literally put a short and simple introduction and my profile is taken offline because i am breaking the rules in description. It’s very stressful being in this loop of profile taken offline without explaining what’s wrong with it. Viva cam is not the most lucrative but i am trying to do my best. When you take it down without explaining i have to blindly make changes because i dont know what’s wrong. I am not putting any nudity, any illegal activity, any phone number, any special character. I called Vivastreet and explained that a Vivastreet team from this forum mention there is a 30day package available. The Vivastreet agent told me in order for me to get the 30day posting I have to purchase other add ons, to which I made clear that I am not seeking those other add ons of Vip etc, all I wanted was 30day posting how I purchase the 7days posting without the necessary expensive add ons. They said they do not do that without you getting those extras.

I just left it as all I need is the 30days which clearly should be an option by now for all to click and purchase.

So Vivastreet Team on here you lied saying that a dedicated team member will provide the option of the 30days.

Yes but I think that is her point, DD doesn't want the add ons - only the basic advert.

Was the same when I asked about this a long time ago, after seeing it mentioned on this thread. Was told 30 day is not possible for basic advert only.

By NOW they should have the 30day posting option to click select not having push those add ons your way.
To cater to the market who just want to post.
Seems Vivastreet refuses to take on us escorts views and only focus to cater to the (agency pimps) so it is talking to a brick wall. :FF
As you mentioned you even wanted it this option a long time ago.

Not everyone has the luxury to spend out big so opt for what is doable.

Not sure if this has been said further up as I don’t come on here as much as I used to but if like me any one who toured stopped using viva street as much because they made it so instead of just changing the postcode on your advert you would have to make a new ad for each location so ended up with several ads and having to make a whole new ad if you hadn’t been some where before.

Well they changed it back so now you just change the postcode on your advert (like it was years ago) hope I have made sense.

Just checked and Vivastreet has returned to how they operated during the first lockdown of blurring the services and rates on adverts.
The following note is back on all ads as I was browsing through.

Service User Notice:
We want everyone to stay at home to save lives. We are making temporary changes to the platform so users can only offer online services.
