Yep, would've been nice. Either way, 72 hr highlight, multirepost, new tag and not a single call.

Ouch! I hope your able to get that sorted ASAP!

The only upgrade I purchase is the £3.99 repost option (twice a day) and I do that every couple of days, lol. I tried a few pricier options in the past but all I got was more TWs.

And as Braziliana stated, definitely do not go with the hidden number feature. If a punter calls the number and you dont answer the call they still get charged (50p!) When I first joined VS I tested it out via my private phone and I got charged and I didnt even answer the call  :FF

I am having trouble paying with my card on vs. I am using vs for the first time. If i select paysafe, it says you have to make first payment through card and it will activate your paysafe option that you can use only froms second time.
Called there customer service, same experience as others asking you contact your bank etc. Dont know what to do. How are you guys using paysafe when it says you cant use this payment menthod for first payment. Also add £1 something on top of ad price. Any advise?

I've had the same problem, tried several times paying with 2 separate cards which it won't accept, so I tried pay safe then it says I need to pay by card first!  :FF

Can Viva shed any light on this?!!

I tried a few weeks ago to pay by cards it didn’t go through—I then called your customer service I was told by a guy to try using my laptop instead of my phone to login to ur website to pay which I thought was odd.
I didn’t bother again

Incredible how CC works for some on Viva and not others. I tried Viva with a test ad with random words just to see how it works -It says it's verifying. Then nothing past 2 days? No request for payment or rejection, modification. Is this normal?

Update ;D- I spoke to customer service and he was so helpful and lovely I can't believe how friendly and professional he was. Spend time discussing, I was very impressed. He advised me to try again. I had another go and it worked immediately online within seconds. BOOM! (beginners luck ???)

Update: Ad is up. I just read the older posts on this thread. Huge amounts of agencies which are illegal, fake pics and fuck a granny for free up the bum ads. Looks very distasteful to me. Probably won't advertise with them again.

My question now is- have any girls changed their post code in the form? is it free?

Lots of simpletons rung on morning 1 of my Vivastreet basic bare bones ad £18, then phone silence ever since. Zero work

DL I saw your question on changing postcode. I rung up and immediate wonderful customer service! Lovely lady said it's £25 to change your postcode any time within the 7 day period. Actually it's easier to make another basic ad.

I can't understand Vivastreet's structure at all. Seems like  a hot mess. How do clients manage? You input your search for a specific area and every brothel, pimp and '*uck my d*rty *sshole for free' ad in the nation comes up in a never ending list. So 'search' seems to be a waste of time and deliberately misleading.

It also infected my phone with shyty full screen 'tits & ass' click bait, pop up ads. Great if you're in a public place like a restaurant. Thank you Viva.

Got a male friend to try it without any comments from me and he said he was uninteligible,  crammed with lurid sex ad clickbait, fake providers and waste of effort doing the 'bogus' search. (The waiter passed by and had a good gawp :))

By the way, I cannot fault the customer service, so far, it's been excellent and picked up within a couple rings *5.

This is probably old news, any other experiences ladies?

lately I only use my phone to upload my photos, etc. I have previously published ads on viva with my phone without problem and my photos went perfectly. But since a few weeks ago the same photos that I used previously, do not fit inside the crop and only half of the photo comes out, I try to reduce the image inside the crop and nothing. I contacted viva and they told me to use my computer but I used my phone previously for several occasions and this did not happen.

I get your frustration Moon!
My love affair with Viva has come to an end. I tried to give them more money for my second ad and they only show the CC payment page only if I delete the photo. The photo is completely dressed and decent.

Now I just tried with a photo of an empty room and still won't accept my money. (I read ladies had this similar problem for ages)

I have received a prmotional email from Viva regarding my first ad posted last week, inviting me to contact their expert SW business adviser about improving my business. Well, if I can't post ads that's not really necessary.

I have tried to create the rejected ad on a friend's clean computer, different IP address, new email etc identical issues.

End of that experiment. Back to AW.

Viva street i do not think this method is working well as so many ladies cannot advertise and give up.....i did too

Surely you should speak to the management and change the current business model as it is putting off a lot of women doing adverts with you.

I had 1 client from Vivastreet after spending £80 on 4 postings of the cheapest basic ad. I charged £160 which works out at £80 remaining in my pocket after ad costs (so I made zero profit :o).
I answered 60 TW calls a day, which averages 180 calls during a 3 day period.

The TW on VS are a a cult of intense, creepy, obsessive repeaters who start ringing the second the ad is online. Seriously disturbed people who seem almost childlike or subnormal. Once they have your number and they will call 10 times a day every day. I had to purge my phone each evening of calls and texts so it didn't get full and stop functioning correctly. I have a simple phone.

I would advise never to use your serious phone on Vivastreet, I used a spare throwaway sim.
I chose not to use their protected phone number as I read a member here used that system and it was misdirecting her calls.

All callers were categories of people I specifically warn not to call. This is clearly written on my ads upteen times, in capitals.

I tried this as a challenge. I have spoken to other SW who have paid for the extras/packages options £200+  and had the same poor results. I will consider contacting Viva as requested but right now I need to clear my head.

Any good experiences ladies?

I won’t advertise on there for this very reason.  Your ad gets lost in a see of real (and fake) ads unless you pay through the nose.  When you do that you are even more deluged by TWs.  I just found it way too stressful answering to idiots all day with maybe one client converting, if that.

I think the problem with Viva street is when you look on there it seems like most of the woman are pimped out and so many adverts are all the same and so many all seem to charge the same usually cheaper then the going rate prices so seems too good to be true. So many clients have said this to me over and over so i should imagine lots of timewasters call just for a thrill so it can actually become to the point it can cost you time and money with not many decent results.

It really needs clearing up but while the pimps/agencies advertise all there woman on there it will stay the same.

I do not know how they get away with letting pimps lists what sexual services the women offer when there not independent. Years ago any third parties advertising escort or massage services had to sign stuff that no sexual services are being offered even though they knew everyone was.

Exactly. This is why I think VivaStreet's campaigning marketing is all bollocks. They say they don't want to assist trafficking, but they'll take any old pimp's money.
