Thank you for being proactive about it, Gina.
You're absolutely right that sensual or erotic massage should be a general section.
Tantric massage is essentially an erotic massage with a New Age spin to this, so a subset of a general category.
No problem x

Hello Viva, how are things on the erotic massage front?
Will the new section be created?

Thanks for getting in touch, it has been passed to our business team. As mentioned, we do run frequent surveys on our platforms for user feedback, so always keep an eye for them  :)

The customer service continues to be horrible... Yet again I was treated like an idiot and the customer service guy hung up on me.... I already put in a complaint but honestly I continue to be shocked at the appalling way they treat their customers.

This! I called them cause my ad is not publishing and the customer service guy spoke to me like I am a retard  :FF. No help at all. I will pass, Viva is overpriced anyway! F them

I’m always amazed that a company that makes so much money off escorts continue to give such a crap service and manage to do it consistently as welk😂
Since Oct my credit card /debit card has not been accepted on viva st
I have seversl all with very high limits and every single one of them works absolutely perfect everywhere else apart from on Viva St
I had no problems in using them a few weeks ago in the back and beyond of Mexico but Viva st still refuses to accept any of my cards

I thought it was just me. My bank (foreign) kept saying it was fine on their end but VS wouldn't accept my card either. I was told to buy a visa/mast c gift card and that worked.

Glad I’m not the only one  or rather I don’t mean that I’m glad you dealing with the sane crap 😂
I now buy paysafe vouchers and top up my account as and when
It’s easier than me turning the air blue and getting stressed out on the day I want to tour and dealing with idiots who are clearly reading from a set scrip  on the phone and  who wouldn’t know what customers service is if it bit them in their ass

It’s a bit like the little Britain sketch when you speak to viva st
You My add won’t publish /credit card won’t work
Them. Mmmm the computer says no.
And rinse and repeat

Mind didn't work for one or two attempts, it does now - doesn't mean yours will. I only place a VS ad fortnightly or monthly, if you are a permanent or weekly advertiser, you may have made more attempts during the time it didn't work for me.

Is VIVA worth it for older BBW?  Are there any discreet ways of paying for VS i.e. I'd much prefer the bank won't clock paying for "VIVA" = adult.

There are many more non adult things on Vivastreet.

I wonder when people advertise other things on VS if they are charged the same prices to get to the top of the listings. VS is far too expensive if you're advertising sex work services in my opinion. If I do a search for escorts in my area, VS are at the top, but the couple of spots under them are far cheaper to advertise. For example, my favourite Escort Directory charges £50 a month. And UK Adult Zone is free. If you update, on UKAZ you get to the top for nothing.

In my location for an ad with phone number and website link costs roughly £60 which is similar to a few directories.

What I do is place the VS ad every other week, costing me £30ish per month, give a few days.

Mirror is that for a basic ad way down the page though?
