Have a look at the thread in the Spamming section on Viva - a few people have posted regarding the app for age verification and it seems like a massive privacy invasion waiting to happen.

The customer service continues to be horrible... Yet again I was treated like an idiot and the customer service guy hung up on me.... I already put in a complaint but honestly I continue to be shocked at the appalling way they treat their customers.

For some reason I can't start a new topic in the IT section, and having used the search box this is the most up to date thread, but can anyone give any up to date information about using Vivastreet for advertising, please? I've never used it before and wonder if it's worth it, what to do, what not to do, etc?

I gave VS a try last week in the East Midlands. 13.95 for a basic ad. I funnelled all calls and enquiries to a second phone and had an auto reply on that sending them to my page with rates and services (since for whatever reason we're not allowed to mention these on VS) and how to book.

I had one genuine enquiry and then 30 mins before the booking he texted "is it okay to do coke in the booking to heighten the fun" :FFS

Certainly won't be bothering again in the E Mids but might try other areas. Would always use a filter phone though.
