Just wanted to say that I've had a horrible experience with customer service today and I've never had someone who's insulted me so much as a customer service member. I suggest putting in a specific area for complaints. I was treated like I was stupid and was blamed for an issue that was not My fault. Please work on your customer service team.

Hi Dynamicd,

I am truly sorry to hear this, our CS team are here to assist and support our customers, not the opposite. Please do send us details of the complaint; including your contact details to es@vivastreet.com for us to escalate to the CS Manager.

The Vivastreet Team,
Sara

I had the same issue yesterday, I wonder if it was the same member of staff. He had me on hold for 2o mins when I asked to speak to his line manager and then cut me off. I phoned back and by coincidence it was the same member of staff but he totally denied speaking to me. He asked for the last four digits of my credit card and then said there was no record of it. I told him I was logged into my vs account and I was reading the digits of the screen and he still said they were wrong and asked me to send a screenshot, it was really frustrating I felt like I was  :FF

You now have a medal. The Worst adult advertiser 2017.   Was there any special trick to make everything this bad?   ???

SM, you're far more likely to get a useful response if you give at least some idea of what the problem with your ad is - it doesn't have to be identifying, but the above is no help at all?

Amy, I really appreciated your thoughtful comment.

As far as I can see, you are the one, who has set up this thread to help out escorts, using VS, out of your goodwill.  Just imagine if we didn't have this thread.  We wouldn't have known all the bad experiences posted by escorts. They are getting paid - escorts pay them.  I hope we get to read good/nice things about this advertiser in 2018.  Taking far more money than they were supposed to, this only sounds just greed, and in fact, highly dubious in their business practice in the most basic level, whilst not interested in providing a decent service.

Managers probably need to offer some training to their frontline staff, it means money and time, but after all, it's not a free service.  They are responsible and customers need to be treated with respect.  If people continue to have more issues, there is the official consumer complaint service available.  Just google and you'll find it.  :)

I suspect SM is talking about VS in general and not about an ad she may or may not have with them?

I would really like the change of
location option but its not coming up on the options
VS eliminated the change of location facility last August.  This happened with no forewarning of any kind (literally a "sudden death").  In its place was meant to come a touring option facility.  No details of this facility have ever been shared, however, and 16 months on from the removal of the change of location facility, there is in fact no touring option  facility to speak of.  The solution is to buy an advert for each location that you visit.

Thats bad they will start losing more business over it if they do not fix it. I know friday ad you can just change your location quite easy.

Thank you Sara as soon as I get chance tomorrow I will do that. Can you clarify something for me? I mentioned to him that I paid for my friends advert as she didn't have a debit card and he told me this was against VS rules which could result in my account being terminated and being banned from posting any more adverts. If this is the case which he insisted was can you tell me where it is mention on the site and is this rule is just for Escorts/massage providers all everyone who posts adverts?

Hey Gina,

The "1 card per person (bank card should belong to the advertiser)" is found under Golden Rules at the bottom of our T&C.

Here is a link to bring it up easier http://www.vivastreet.co.uk/s/legal

We're looking forward to speak to you!
