I'll give 13/8 that VS try to fob us off by explaining that if an agency site says on it's website disclaimer that they're Only Providing An Introduction For Time And Companionship Only! then that makes it legal, despite everybody else knowing the insistence you're not doing something that you patently and provably are doing is not a valid, sophisticated or useful attempt at defence to most people beyond the age of about thirteen.

Presumably they also believe that if I go outside and glue a Mercedes badge on the Renault, it'll magically become a Mercedes. I wonder if they'd be interested in this bridge I've got? :D

I'll take the 1/2 odds on Sara going quiet and another spokesperson taking over.I'll bet a pair of holdups and half a pack of pringles (prawn cocktail flavour!).I reckon Finny will be the replacement! :)

I don't think they would dare go with the disclaimer excuse now, they would look even sillier trying to claim that old chestnut and then trying to explain that things like owo,a to z,kissing at discretion etc as listed on agency websites is actually code for playing scrabble and chatting over a cup of Earl Grey!

OK folks I'm opening a book on the inevitable climb-down from Viva.

1/2 odds on Sara goes mysteriously quiet, a replacement person says "We will look into this situation very carefully, thank you for the information" and then never responds to any more queries.

I'm going with this one, additionally no admittance that they got anything wrong in this instance, or the whole thread, or at all.

THE END

Jesus wept! They are all illegal!Managing a brothel or running an agency is illegal end of story!I can't believe given that you claim to not want to promote anything illegal that you didn't actually bother to look at what is legal and isn't regarding sex work.
I think you are just digging yourself into a massive hole with this one.

I know it s a joke they constantly remove my advert for pictures breaking the guidelines -  when since has a fully clothed adult in a photo become illegal please let me know - I must have missed the law on this new ruling
But will accept adverts from pimps and agencies lol

Sarah will be back as Lucy
Lucy will fuck up and say something stupid and be replaced by Adam
Adam will be a sexist pig and get scared of us ladies and refuse to post
Sarah will return and hope we all forgot that she hasent got a clue what she talking about

OK folks I'm opening a book on the inevitable climb-down from Viva.

100/1 Viva admit "Actually we just want to make the maximum profit possible so we're going with the agency cash even though we know it's illegal. Laters!"
10/1 The thread is abandoned
5/1 Sara is scapegoated and Viva claim they never meant what she said about illegal sexual activity
1/2 odds on Sara goes mysteriously quiet, a replacement person says "We will look into this situation very carefully, thank you for the information" and then never responds to any more queries.

5000000/1 Viva remove the illegal agency adverts  :D
Thinking the 10/1 abandoned thread is looking likely as VS seem to no longer want to answer questions  hmmm wonder why?

You've missed the point, its not up to us to highlight 'suspicious ads' it's up to you to be responsible and professional and abide by the law as to which ads you accept.

You've also skipped the main issue, the fact that you allow illegal agency advertising on your site at a preferential rate to perfectly legal Independent Escorts.

I give up, you really are alienating a massive group of advertisers here.
