It sounds like you implement new methods, then pick up the flack later. Unfortunately this causes stress and potential loss of business for your customers.

Yes, we are calling those users whose numbers/details we have in an effort to resolve some issues raised. The new system has been introduced to provide instant moderation and overall efficiency from a user perspective... obviously a few issues to iron out here!

We know there have been some 'hiccups' along the way which is frustrating but we really do want to get it right and your feedback is important in helping us do this.
