My photos are lingerie and I have a video which depicts me undressing into lingerie. How risqu? do you mean?

I think that should be fine, ditto topless - but no gaping holes, obvs!

Sara, in my view VS needs to decide where it stands. If you're willing to advertise sex workers then you need to stop being coy, and allow us to list rates, exact services offered etc., and put up reasonably risque photos.

Thanks for your feedback, rates in the description is something we are working on trying to get back as it is annoying that the new system isn't accepting, in the meantime the rates grid and services grid is available. We do allow lingerie and topless photos - just no frontal nudity at the moment.

As you (VS) previously stated that you would not promote illegal forms of sex work, could you let us know what you're doing to get rid of agencies who have advertised with you?

Thanks for your comment, if you do come across any ad that you feel is suspicious please do highlight this to us directly from the website by clicking "Report this ad" at the bottom of the advertisement. This will flag the advertisement to us and allow us to review the profile.

I think you should get everybody so send passport proof of who they are. It won't stop the agency pimps but it would make life more difficult for them.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

It sounds like you implement new methods, then pick up the flack later. Unfortunately this causes stress and potential loss of business for your customers.

It does feel a little bit like that! Automated moderation was a big change for us - providing instant moderation has been a request for a very long time; I do genuinely believe this will be a positive change... as soon as we iron out the bumps!  A learning curve most definitely in how we communicate changes moving forward!

Definitely! This has been a long old process we have had underway recently... it doesn't make it easy for them at all, and has been proving to have the desired impact!

Yes, we are calling those users whose numbers/details we have in an effort to resolve some issues raised. The new system has been introduced to provide instant moderation and overall efficiency from a user perspective... obviously a few issues to iron out here!

We know there have been some 'hiccups' along the way which is frustrating but we really do want to get it right and your feedback is important in helping us do this.

If anyone is willing to discuss on how we can improve on this latest change please do send your details to es@vivastreet.com and we will make contact. Please do reference your SAAFE user name and VS account information.

Thanks for your help

I have mentioned this on many occasions and I will mention it again: there needs to be a link on your website which clearly states what is permitted and what isn't. What you currently have on there is very vague (& contradictory)

Thanks Gracious, this was mentioned in an earlier comment. It has been raised to our business team to revisit & be a little more transparent (I'll remind them about it a few times more over the next week or so!)

All of my pictures were refused this Monday. And yet I'm in my full lingerie gear. It took 3 phonecalls to get it sorted out, and I do happen to pay for an option which you had just increased.
The final reply I got by email was that I should refresh my cookies: it was one of the first things I thought of and did when I was trying to see if my pictures are back online...

So the new system is a bit annoying for now. I need to change a few words on my advert tomorrow and I'm asking myself how complicated it may get this time...

I find this all the time, I have to refresh cookies on any gadget I use both to look at the ad from outside and from logged in. PITA!

Bollocks.

Your website currently splits escorts into "Independent" and "Agency". ALL of the 1100 agency ads are advertising illegal forms of sex work since agencies are controlling prostitution for gain. Why are you accepting them?

Yes.I was going to comment on this earlier. Why on earth do we need to report adverts which you openly accept and always have done. You have openly accepted ads from agencies as long as I can remember and they are very obviously agency ads as well! Now I couldn't really care less if you take ads from agency or indies but to make the comment about not wanting to be involved in anything illegal whilst accepting money from agencies (which are tecnically illegal) while telling us to report them is quite frankly laughable!
I was considering trying another ad with you but after this as well as various comments about the moderation,I won't be bothering.I think you are overpriced for what sounds like a very mixed up service. At least AW don't try and pretend they aren't advertising hookers and are a damn sight cheaper.

You would not be breaking any laws by letting us use phrases like "lick my pussy" or "spunk on my face" Come on Viva please relax a bit. X
