Whereas once I deleted the rate (which they advised us to write in months ago), the new system accepted mine with previous photos, write up etc.

The only thing which took a while to sort out was a video I uploaded, which was exactly the same as last time, and had exactly the same issue - which was that it wasn't recognised. It did however appear eventually on my ad.

Only thing left for them to do is recognise my town, which doesn't exist according to their database.

A few weeks ago all of my pictures disappeared from my advert. I had no idea but a few clients were bugging me for pictures so in the end I had a look.
So I tried to put them back on. Nope. Just what I needed. Called viva and all I heard is that it was my fault as I must have deleted my own pictures when I modified my wording. Well yes, I'm really thick and I don't want to make money so I just do that when I get bored.
As they couldn't find a way to upload my pictures, they had me restart my whole advert. A new one from scratch. Good news was I didn't have to pay for it. Really?!

When I was paying 40 quid a week I was happy. But today I paid 60. Yeah I already made it back but it came with 2 hours of headache as well.

Jade from viva street just phoned me about this new system the one that is creating errors when publishing ads.  I asked here will this fault be corrected in two months time. She said she reassures me. I said is that a promise because reassuring me is like a promise. A little laugh in the back ground.

I also said that how long are they going to give the system full of errors before changing?. No answer.

Fellow escorts make a log of dates and times plus errors constantly. Then each time run through them all after your complaint. Viva should compensate with thier error not ours.

I said which is more intelligent a robot or a human with a brain. It was agreed a human was.

This says it all I rest my case!.

Viva put this in place because some complained about waiting for modification of thier adverts to go live. Now it is worse than before.       

Just as bad as when I phone others it says press 1 to waste your time, press 2 to waste your life and press 3 to if you realize we are wasting your time, lastly to press 4 if you are stupid enough to believe we are only here to put obstacles in your way. Press 5 if you worked us out and can solve the equation. :)

I press 5 I hear a message saying congratulations you are very wise.

Plus I said to Jade that Viva should have tested the robot out fully offline tweaking it before putting it live.

I said to Jade that there faulty system is loosing them customers and now look Jade. Some business formula you have, you are supposed to keep and attract business.  Not lose business all the time.

Maybe they will take notice, I said that I will let others know. At least what I say to you I do unlike Viva street.

See how many more are not happy about this new system then to hold a meeting. Some thing needs to come positive out of all the errors. Prompt action is needed.


Viva probably have ran out of reassurance to give us escorts as to why they are not posting much.

Sara, in my view VS needs to decide where it stands. If you're willing to advertise sex workers then you need to stop being coy, and allow us to list rates, exact services offered etc., and put up reasonably risque photos.

Yes, we are calling those users whose numbers/details we have in an effort to resolve some issues raised. The new system has been introduced to provide instant moderation and overall efficiency from a user perspective... obviously a few issues to iron out here!

We know there have been some 'hiccups' along the way which is frustrating but we really do want to get it right and your feedback is important in helping us do this.
