We now require ID and proof of address from customer?s who are paying for more than 1 person on a single account. This is to protect against suspicious & potentially illegal behaviour and fraud.
Once we receive this information, you can continue posting your adverts as normal.
Some clarification on common questions:
- this is not a scam - it's a genuine request from Vivastreet
- we require ID (passport/driving license) and Proof of Address (utility bill) from the person who is paying for the adverts on the account
- ID and POA should be sent to id@vivastreet.com
If you are paying for your own adverts on your own account, there shouldn't ever be a problem and you won't have to send this information through - so that's the suggested method
