It's really very difficult to verify. First it said I don't look the age. Then it said I do not look like the picture in my document. That I need to present another document.
Disaster.

It is... same for me. I am at the moment re-doing my passport for this only reason. All other websites requiring ID check have been happy with my current photos and passport (I was a lot fatter when that passport was made, my face is slimmer now). Kommons, no issues, others same

Mind you, any REAL/govt identification system does work fine. It is only a Vivastreet thing. So I will probably lose my Vivastreet ad for a while until I get my new passport.

And let's take bets that AGENCIES will continue to have a different set of rules and no photo or ID verification for them of course...

I'm having a bigger problem with vivastreet now.
I verified ok finally, and they even highlighted my advert to compensate those problems.
Today in the morning I wake up and no missed calls on my phone. I rush to see my advert, and it's gone!
I can't log in to my account. They have probably deleted it but why?? I used my real documents to verify and now my account is gone.
I didn't get any emails like explaining what's happening.
I'm in the middle of my tour now and have just broken even for what I paid for accommodation.
And viva is the only website I rely on.
Does anyone know, if Viva delete your account, do you get any email?
I'm now waiting for the customer service reply.

It’s well documented on here that they ban your account for no reason if you read back a few pages. Customer support won’t help either they just give a generic response. I hope a better alternative site comes along soon.

I have managed to get to support chat. Waited for many hours, but when they answered, they were very helpful. It turned out that my account was mistakenly deleted by the system. It was immediately recovered. Relief!
 The only problem now is that all my old adverts disappeared and I didn't have the new modified version of my text from the advert. Will have to recover from the memory it but happy that my account is back.
Really hope everything will work now because I have had lots of stress on viva in the last few days.

The premium rates for a Vivastreet street ad ( with featured and multi- repost ) has gone out from £360 to £375 for four weeks in my area. That’s extortionate. It doesn’t even get me that much extra work, I don’t know how they can charge those rates!
