We have removed an off topic post Vivastreet made on a Warnings thread which broke several forum rules and we don't know why they have posted it.

If you are online please use the time to respond to members who have questions about their accounts on your platform on this thread, since advertisers are not permitted to post elsewhere. They are also not permitted to tout other advertisers.

Once again vivastreet are up to their old tricks. Photos removed for no reason and then account banned after re uploading them. Awful service.

Has anyone noticed the pricing has gone up by £2 for basic posting????

Also, Viva has now blocked 3 of my bank cards, stating that they "don't match the name on the ID which is on my profile" which is utter BS. I called the Customer Service 4 times and each time, got people who could barely understand me (no fault to them, I admire people who learn English as a 2nd language), but my issue was never resolved due to this. They also use this very obvious voice changing software which changes their voices to a crappy American accent, but you can hear their natural accent poke through, and it has little effect when they are speaking broken English anyway :(

I now have to pay through NeoSurf, which incurs even more charges, meaning I pay around £17 for a week of posting. Might have to leave VS at this rate...

My last ad went up by £2 too.

I have a friend who swears by VS, but I get sod all from it, literally nothing. I have no idea why it doesn’t work for me but it just doesn’t.

I do get enquiries and I send them my details, then they disappear, so my conversion rate is zero.

I give up with them, I really do!

Hi. Can someone help me please.
I have paid for multi reposting on vivastreet but I'm not sure how to do it.
There is no button "repost". Do I deactivate this advert and just post the same? Or do I just post without deactivating? It's not clear...

Ok, answering to myself: apparently there's a 'repost' button under the advert.
I was sure I was buying manual repost but somehow it turned out it was automatic repost so no button.
Still should be fine though.

You have to do the repost yourself and every 15 min and this is where pimps will have an advantage as they will actually be able to do that for the ladies every 15 minutes while we are unable to do that whilst in a booking.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

I'm not in a very big city, so for me twice a day is actually fine.
But I agree, they have advantage.

Vivastreet will require mandatory ID verification starting from March.!!!
What I liked in vivastreet up to now, that it was possible to advertise without revealing your identity. But not anymore. How do you think it will change the situation?

I suspect this is a result of the rules being introduce as the result of the Online Safety Bill, and is likely to apply right across all directories.

Hi all,

We understand that the upcoming mandatory ID verification on Vivastreet is a big change, and we’d like to provide some clarity on why this is happening and what this means for you.
The ID verification requirement is not a decision made solely by Vivastreet, but rather a legal and regulatory necessity due to the Online Safety Act, which introduces stricter measures to protect both advertisers and users. From March 2025, all advertisers in the E&M, Gay Escorts, and Trans Escorts categories will need to verify their ID to continue posting.

How to verify your ID:
1. Log into your Vivastreet account.
2. Go to the ID verification section in your advertiser profile.
3. Upload a valid government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card).
4. Take a live photo for biometric matching.
5. Submit your details through Yoti, a trusted third-party verification provider.

Once verified, you’ll be notified and can continue advertising as usual.

Your Data Privacy & Security:
We completely understand concerns about privacy, and we want to reassure you that your data is fully secure.
- All verification is handled by Yoti, a trusted third-party provider that uses advanced encryption to keep your personal details safe.
- Only necessary details are used to verify your age and identity.
- Your Identity and personal details will not appear on your advert and will not be shared with other users.

Why is this beneficial?
- Faster, easier identity verification.
- An 18+ ID Verified badge to enhance credibility and create more trust from potential clients.
- 10% more views on your ads.
- A safer and more secure platform for all users.

We understand that changes like this can feel disruptive, but we’re committed to making the transition as seamless as possible. If you have any questions, our Customer Service team is available from 8 AM–9 PM (Mon–Fri) and 10 AM–6 PM (Sat & Sun).

Alternatively, please contact us directly by emailing saafe@vivastreet.com if you need any further clarification.

Warm regards,
The Vivastreet team

Just asking
What will you be asking clients to do in order to verify that they are also over 18
I can’t imagine many men wanting to verify and give up personal details to a sex site

Vivastreet have requested the post above be removed so they can write it again. Since somebody has replied before we saw it, please just repost below and we can remove the original once this is done.

Hi

Your vivastreet clienteye free searching tool is down. Are you updating it or removing from your system?? Does anyone know about the free clienteye tool on the vivastreet website. It's no longer working.    I normal use it but it'd no longer working. My advert is not expired yet either.
