We have removed an off topic post Vivastreet made on a Warnings thread which broke several forum rules and we don't know why they have posted it.

If you are online please use the time to respond to members who have questions about their accounts on your platform on this thread, since advertisers are not permitted to post elsewhere. They are also not permitted to tout other advertisers.

Once again vivastreet are up to their old tricks. Photos removed for no reason and then account banned after re uploading them. Awful service.

Has anyone noticed the pricing has gone up by £2 for basic posting????

Also, Viva has now blocked 3 of my bank cards, stating that they "don't match the name on the ID which is on my profile" which is utter BS. I called the Customer Service 4 times and each time, got people who could barely understand me (no fault to them, I admire people who learn English as a 2nd language), but my issue was never resolved due to this. They also use this very obvious voice changing software which changes their voices to a crappy American accent, but you can hear their natural accent poke through, and it has little effect when they are speaking broken English anyway :(

I now have to pay through NeoSurf, which incurs even more charges, meaning I pay around £17 for a week of posting. Might have to leave VS at this rate...

My last ad went up by £2 too.

I have a friend who swears by VS, but I get sod all from it, literally nothing. I have no idea why it doesn’t work for me but it just doesn’t.

I do get enquiries and I send them my details, then they disappear, so my conversion rate is zero.

I give up with them, I really do!

Hi. Can someone help me please.
I have paid for multi reposting on vivastreet but I'm not sure how to do it.
There is no button "repost". Do I deactivate this advert and just post the same? Or do I just post without deactivating? It's not clear...
