Has anyone here actually had the free renewal? I got set up for camming as instructed which included having an 'Escort' ad although meeting couldn't be advertised - only direction to online services. Ended up paying several times for ad renewal, as well as spending quite a bit of time emailing and speaking to customer service who didn't seem to know why my ad didn't renew. At one point they told me to create another ad. In all I paid 3 times, got I think 2 or 3 weeks free but did have to actually ask for this each time.

Now been told charging starts 1st June in line with easing of government restrictions, and that there'll be a 25% reduction in the fee.

Each time I was charged a refund wasn't offered which is what I would have liked, instead they gave me a 'free' feature. Not great at a time of much lowered income I'd rather have not had the expense. I have made money camming, but after the ad fees not as much as I could have done and of course VS get a cut from the cam (which isn't as much as AW and I do like both VS and AW).

Just a shame that their banners, and information whenever I logged in promised free renewal but it wasn't happening.

I was going to do phone chat with VS, but after seeing the amount of bother you had I decided it wasn't worth it. I do phone chat with AW and that's been dead, so I wasn't going to spend my time faffing around with VS when I could be doing something useful like my tax return 

I've had an email saying that from the 1st of June if we want an advert we will have to pay.

Thank you your rep who I am afraid I did rant at this morning, has informed me I can have a couple of weeks of basic ad as a credit note - I just have to email or call when I want the ad to be live. Apparently won't include my website link which I usually pay to be added, I'll have to add and pay for that separately.

Hoping that when I make contact all the notes are there so that it's painless, rather than all the time I have had to spend dealing so far.

That's what I thought too, but I think it's highly unlikely.

No they aren't I don't think because I received an email from them a couple of days ago asking me to delete my services. I never bothered as I'm languishing on page 6 of that site (I'd really like them to split their pages into two like Adultwork so there are fewer pages).
