Has everyone got to verify?

My account is still active.

Not that I'm aware of, although I've not advertised with VS for a while.

Could ask them directly.

I haven't been asked to verify - and I won't anyway.

I lost my wallet and bank cards recently and had to pay by Playsafe Voucher and was charged £20 for a £12.99 ad. They just keep the balance and I think it should be credited to your account. The vouchers are only available in £10 denominations  ::) It attracts lots of time wasters too.

Do you mean Paysafe?
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

If you kept the voucher then the money is still on it
they only take the 10 and the £5 is left on the voucher for you to use again

I just did that yesterday as VS for some reason would not take my cards

Or you can register with Paysafe and credit the vouchers to your account it and then use Paysafe on viva st to pay for the adds

Yes, Paysafe, sorry.

I did not know that, ParisB. Thanks for your advice. Thought it was a bit unfair of VS. Lol.... Yes, I do have the voucher receipt for tax purposes.  ;D

I thought it worked like this:

You can only get paysafe vouchers (I only ever use PS and not my cards) vouchers in increments of £10, £25. So if my advertising choices for VS come to, say, (depending on which upgrades you tick) £12, you use two £10 PS vouchers and you lose £8.

When I've done this, I don't see anywhere that says I still have £8 to spend?

If you still have the voucher then you still have what’s left on it
I had £5 left on mine
I already had a Paysafe account so I just put it on that  I just entered the voucher number and the £5 was credited  to the account straight away  but in the past I’ve had amounts like £7 and £3 left on a voucher and had that credited to my Paysafe account

You won’t actually know you have the money left until you either try to Use the voucher again for payment or upload it to a Paysafe account and use it from the the Paysafe account

Checked with card provider, no reason for the decline emailed VS customer service.

Have revisited VS using my PC and suddenly payment has been accepted.

I had this earlier this week.  The answer was to remove my saved debit card details and re-enter them WITHOUT saving them.
(I can see that you have since succeeded in making payment, Mirror).

I never save or leave card details, however I did notice a wierd message pop up by the boxes mentioning not using saved details due to insecure connection.

Vivastreet have just sent an email to inform payment issues with credit cards all rectified, however they also say a credit card payment is required before using Paysafe. The reasoning is that some Paysafe payments are being declined or falling through.
