Really frustrated with VivaStreet as well. Sent several emails because their system won't accept my pics even those where I'm fully clothed. I keep getting replies that I need to keep trying but nothing happens. They really need a better competition as I'm paying for these ads but am unhappy.

Please explain what you mean by "keeping it simple" MD

 ::)

I have got nice photos fully dressed but looking sexy type thing. The only nude is my cleverage.  When you have a video on there it makes all the difference a little nude is allowed.

I be careful when I modify my profile and Kate is prompt at correcting it as I get a package deal from her. She is better being English to understand me properly.

The wording I use not too erotic words. They can hear more from me when they phone about my service. This has worked for me for years.

Using normal words works best viva I think won't allow what AW let us get away with wording.

I get the impression that the management at VS keep flip-flopping in their attitude towards sex work, perhaps due to the issues the likes of Craigslist and BackPage have had? They know there's a market there, but they don't know if they want it, or to what extent. So, they do stuff like introduce verification, but then make the wording of ads just stupid - and charge a lot for SWs to advertise with them.

I'm never going to be AdultWork's no.1 fan, but at least it's a dedicated sex work site, and you can be as explicit as you like, see feedback, how long someone has been active etc.

Its kinda refreshing to see that Im not the only one having issues with this new bs system!

You seem to be missing my point.

My ad is filled with pics of me fully clothed (and a few close ups of my ass and cleavage - no bra & panty pics) and Ive removed all the "erotic" words from my ad (months ago, way back in Jan). My ad is currently live but they wont let me change my main pic to another one thats already on my ad. Even when I go to 'modify' then 'publish my ad' making 0 modifications I still get a message saying that its refused moderation!!

If it was me phone them until it was resolved. If so try a different one is all I can think of. That way you will see if it is that photo or them all not being able to move about.

What I don't get is that some really graphic photos are allowed lol.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

I had my prices written out, which is apparently now a no no. I have skipped vivastreet for this tour. I was going to try and make a "butter wouldn't melt" version for the next tour but as I'm changing location a lot I'm not sure if it's worth the trouble. My photos are already vanilla and I have a website... The phone number I put on there is set to silent and has an auto response app sending them to my website. This works for weeding out numpties and I can be as explicit as I like. But I suspect they're just buggy and rejecting everything.

At the moment I have been doing their basic minimum weekly ad at a cost to me of ?5.99.

I have had no problems the past few weeks amending the occasional digit, taking out a comma etc.  Now they say they have changed their moderators and their terms and conditions are changed.

I didn't get anywhere on the 'phone with them.  They are quite happy to continue to advertise my ad but I cannot make any amendments.

Is there anybody else who has had the issue in the past few days?

Also I am not sure what terms and conditions have changed.

If I cannot make amendments a few times a day it isn't worth continuing the ad as I will just be at the bottom of the list of adverts.

It seems that a few of you are having some issues with the new moderation process which isn't great! :( OK so our new process will allow instant publication which is what has been needed for quite sometime, unfortunately with this change we are bound to hit some bumps in the road so the basics:

The description cannot contain anything too sexually explicit, the system also doesn't currently like rates in the description (we are trying to fix that) in regards to the pictures which is what I can see is frustrating some of you we have found that if the image is too zoomed in the system will automatically refuse so please try to zoom out and upload. If after this the image is still refused unfortunately, it is a case of the system is not accepting and we are unable to override  :(

However, what could be useful is if you wouldn't mind sending us the image to team-uk@vivastreet.com referencing SAAFE in the email so we can use this as an example of what the system should be accepting and hopefully tweak in the very near future.  If anyone has been having issues with images please do contact us directly so we can look into and test - with anything new we implement we always try to adjust when it goes a little bit wrong!
For specific queries in this forum please email saafe@vivastreet.co.uk, for general +44 (0) 203 695 8755 or email team-uk@vivastreet.com

I was going to repost my advert this Sunday. I will be away from home that day, with no option or time to start changing photos or contacting customer service.

How can I be confident that I can do this?

You can't unfortunately but they will give you an extra day as compensation if you lose that day.

Just sat and wasted almost an hour of my life trying to put my ad up decided to fuck it off an not bother before i launch my laptop out the window viva street you just lost my custom for this tour I can't see me being bothered to fuck about with the ad in future either does bring in a couple extra clients but trying to put the ad up in the first place is a drain on my patience and sanity which is worth more than 240 quid  >:(

I have my rates in my description but my 'contact' in your office never mentioned this to me.

Why is there nowhere on your website which state these new changes? Why is it too much for VS to have a clear list of dos and donts?

It just sounds to me like Vivastreet isn't very escort friendly at the moment and needs to improve its new arrangements.
