Just to make ladies aware that I contacted this agency a few days ago. I was invited to attend an 'interview' and informed that I would need to provide my full name and a copy of my CV!
Needless to say I declined :o Each to their own, but I would never give my full real name to an agency, let alone my CV. Why a CV is required to assess our abilities to entertain men in a hotel room is quite beyond me quite frankly.
I feel newbies could be easily duped into thinking this is standard practice, so just thought I would bring it to peoples attention.

Dear Simone,
I would like to respond to the above post by saying although we have asked for this, it is not required.
The only reason we ask is to get a better background of our girls and their interests and experience.
You do not have to provide this it is clearly your own personal choice.
We are a genuine agency and the safety, confidentiality and privacy of our girls is the most important factor to us.
We are a new agency that receives an extremely high amount of bookings, we are run by 2 females myself and another, all your information is secure and not disclosed to anyone, we provide drivers and security and are pay rates are a lot higher then other agencies.
I do hope that maybe at some point in the future you will see that our agency is sincere and want the best for our staff.
Kind Regards,
Rebecca Le

Why do you need to know anything about the background or interests/experience of the women who will be employing you, at least that you cannot find out by asking them in person?
There is no need whatsoever to 'fish' for or gather personal data, and as Simone says, newbies are not going to be aware that this is not necessary and certainly not the norm. The best thing you could do to gain credibility, in as much as any illegal operation can, would be to stop asking altogether and stick to the sensible and appropriate way of doing things.

Dear Amy,
I understand what you are saying, and maybe we went the wrong way about asking people and should have asked at the interview, but we wanted to keep the interviews informal, brief and friendly, and thought that finding out information before would break the ice to a certain degree, we did not expect it to have a backlash on us, we wanted to approach our recruitment process differently, we were not 'fishing for personal data' as you put it, it was a genuine and pure intention to learn more about our employees.
It was not about where they have worked but more about the skills they have gained, if they had previously worked in customer focused environments and work with people on a daily basis, and this is because we want girls that are comfortable and are confident in meeting new people everyday and these previous roles I believe help with gaining skills that help engage clients.
Our agency is extremely professional and genuine, and I really appreciate the feedback on our recruitment process as it helps us to identify our flaws as a company and improve on our part.
I cannot stress enough though that our motives when asking for the personal information were not sinister, me and my business partner understand the dangers and the stresses of working in this industry and we did not want any one to feel offended or threatened by asking for this information, so I sincerely apologize.
Kind Regards,
Rebecca Le

Just checked out the temp website. Not only is it annoying that you refer to escorts as models, but you also expect a potential client to give a form of id and their marital status?
I don't think you're going to get very far...
xx
-
Hiya Casey,
Thank you for pointing this out for me, I wasn't aware of this as someone else is dealing with the website and the content which was to be reviewed before the site going live on Wednesday, but thank you very much for bringing this to my attention, I have removed any mention of models and especially the ID and marital status question.
I really appreciate your feedback.
Kind Regards,
Rebecca Le

I think you have to be clear in that an employment agency and an escort agency are two different things. This might be confusing to newbies. I do not see why you would want potential escorts to give you personal details and CVs as you will not be paying them but the other way round.
I think you will find a lot of escorts do not feel comfortable giving away their personal details nor do I think clients would want to be revealing their marital status before they even booked the escort.
I know you have said you want to know more about your employees but I don't think having worked in a customer facing job previously will make you a good " entertainer" in the bedroom. I am not sure your approach is right.
-
Hi Sav,
I really appreciate your response, I will definitely bear this in mind in future, although it wasn't in regards to entertainment in the bedroom, it was just based on the individuals confidence and how comfortable they are around new people.
Once again sorry if anyone has been offended by our recruitment methods.
Thank you
Rebecca Le
