Thats the basic rate....as in we only sell the ladies time. They get ?50 per hour from us to spend time with the men....any 'extras' that they get paid for we dont touch

We charges the client ?100-?130 p/h (in/out call)     If out call the driver takes 30, girl takes 50, we take 50....any extras we dont touch.

Its a system that works fine for a agency we have in another city. We are just looking to branch out

Any penis-work is charged for by the girl and any money she makes from it we dont tocuh. So say the client orders penis-work and she makes ?300 pound from that...we dont touch it she keeps the whole lot + ?50 she gets paid from us for turning up

Its all negotiated on the phone before the appointment, but due to some stupid we cant advertise that we offer sex. The clients know that they have to pay extra for anything other then the standard 'company'. Apart form what ive already said not sure i should go fully into the ins and outs of how our money is exchanged etc purely for security perposes.

The 'stupid' law(?) I would think your proprietor is aware of would be Section 53 of the 2003 Sexual Offences Act, which outlaws the control of a prostitute for gain, in other words, procuring a prostitute for a third party and either gaining or expecting to gain in doing so. What he/she seems to be confused about is that whether or not you advertise as such has no bearing whatsoever on this; the offence is being committed by your agency by you actually doing this, not by whether or not you say you are. Unless of course you honestly think that earnestly stating some drivel about time and companionship in your advertising somehow absolves you of all responsibility - I can assure you that it does not. The police are really not that stupid, but they generally have better things to do then bother responsible operations that aren't getting on anybody's nerves, particularly outcall only ones, although the recent-ish Proceeds of Crime Act may have tipped the balance a little.

I'm not confused. From what I can see, the punter pays ?130 of which the lady gets to keep less than 50% (which is an appalling ratio, and one I haven't come across before in even the scabbiest, mangiest of brothels) and the rest goes towards your 'overheads', yet he receives precisely nothing for his money in terms of service; that is, he is paying a three figure sum to look at an attractive fully clothed woman which most of us can do for free by getting ourselves out to any nearby public place. A punter arriving at mine pays the same amount of money and gets full personal and all the trimmings, without having to haggle and barter for anything. Who tells the punter that if he actually wants some sex for his money he'll have to get his hand back in his pocket, and when? After he has handed over ?130 or before?
