I am not being picky but you might gain from changing the template text.  Most of your pages still have the foreign text which makes you look as if you are to lazy to change it.  Most women will look at that and think if they are too lazy to do that then they will be too lazy to care about our security and well being.  Perhaps finish the website before trying to get women to join you, it will look more professional
