Please post a photo of yourself, so everyone knows who is asking for sensitive information (like a phito) to be sent to them.

It's rare for a good agency to cover such a large area - what makes you so special and how can you support people properly?

I would like to disagree  with you. I advertise and promote the girl on my agency . I provide a driver if needed but if the lady drives herself that's fine I only take a less than 30% in commission. I spend a lot of time and money on my site and adverts I also give call the girls my personal number so they can call me at any time its me you talk to on the phone before the lady calls you. therefore I cut down the amount of time waster that contact girl all the time and I am also female. Most agency out there take more than 50% of the fee and don't let the girls chose the clients they want. Any girl wanting to join can call me first before sending me photos and I don't take any money upfront from them.  The client pays them direct then the lady send me my part.

No, they don't. Unless by "most" you mean the agencies which provide flats and/or drivers for the girls, and/or charge rates far above ?500 per hour because they've got all the glamour models and porn channel girls on their books. And there really aren't too many of them. 30% commission is completely normal.

I don't understand the arrogance of, what seems quite a large proportion of escort agencies, to demand escorts to show their faces. What an impossible, burning, shattering GREED to get rich fast. What else could be the motivation behind this inconsiderate demand?  It would be so therapeutic to come across a fair, caring and reasonable escort agency from time to time.
