As above, and why would you have two websites?

Punters who want to book independents don't use agencies, so your name seems disingenuous to say the least. Unless you're an advertising directory and don't interfere in any way with individual bookings, but it doesn't sound that way from your post.

It seems a bit of an oxymoron for independents to work together, form a company and recruit others.  Just be honest and call yourself an agency, and an ageist one at that.
