I suggest you study the Sexual Offences Act 2003 instead; specifically Section 53: Controlling Prostitution For Gain. The only difference in law between 'pimp' and 'manager' or whatever else you want to call yourself is the spelling (although since you spelt 'manager' wrong in an earlier post, you might be better sticking to the shorter version).

Some people just hate the word "pimp" just like some sex workers hate the word "prostitute" and prefer the term "working girl.

It still amounts to the same job no matter how you deliver it or want to be known as.

Agency owners are still pimps even if the odd one is more fair then most and do not beat up there "girls" up or push them on the streets.

There is plenty of agencies out there because not everyone wants to be an indie or cannot take calls and are limited to the admin time or do not feel confident enough to go it alone. So yes there will always be a need for agencies i suppose but you are doing things more illegal as you provide an incall place which is a brothel.

If you just did offer outcalls and never spoke about selling women on sex and told punters and women you book on time only and you could be a bit safer within the law and any complaints you had from punters saying they got ripped off as the escort would not offer anything sexual and you would say sorry i do not book on sex time only then you would be running it legal but i doubt very much you would be operating this way so pimp or brothel owner would be the word used for you unless you change you're business model and only book on time only and tell the women they do not need to offer sex in any appointments.

Wouldn't work. What's still happening is prostitution and you have the choice between controlling it (just telling people you have an appointment for them counts) or gaining from it. Not both.

No it would not work because if all escorts decided they would not do anything intimate with any client the agency would have no clients wanting to book at the prices expected.

I know of 1 situation years ago when a woman went on an outcall to a clients house and she was new to it the agency never discussed sex was expected by the men to her, she refused to do anything sexual with him and said you have paid for my time only so i do not have to do anything like that  he was angry threatened to call the police and phoned the agency to moan. The owner just did not give her anymore work. But the client was stupid to think the police would side with him and say yes she should be forced to sleep with you.
