Sorry, my bad - I moved this here and dumped the OP's other posts since she's now no longer making any pretence of letting out occasional rooms to independents and has cut to the chase. Unless I'm mistaken, the OP is in London.

Is this woman on crack or is she really just completely bonkers? 

somehow I don't think she will be renting a flat to anyone here nor will anyone be applying for a job seeing as she is never sure if she is a parlour or a landlord
