It wasn't in the correct section, but it is now.

As far as what I personally think goes, I'm a little confused - your pop-up disclaimer states that all ads placed must be legal (which obviously is fine and I would not expect otherwise), but then in bold type it states that I must not place any ad which suggests paying for sexual intercourse, which is not only perfectly legal and therefore nothing to do with the previous sentence, but the cornerstone of my job. I (like virtually everybody else on the forum) am a prostitute - what on earth would be the point of my placing an ad if I have to pretend otherwise and can't state what I offer?

I think you might have got your wires crossed; there are ladies here who do not offer full service, but if you are directing your ad especially at them and not the rest of us, I suggest you be more specific about it. If of course you just didn't know that offering sex in exchange for money is legal (and ditto advertising the fact), then that's easy - you can just change the inaccurate disclaimer, can't you?

Maybe it's a magazine dedicated to escorting only but without the sex  ;D (doesn't look like the girls advertising limit their services to wining and dining lol)

I guess by adopting that disclaimer they're trying to become some AW  -sans the sexually explicit words- most probably because they're UK based and it might get them into some sort of trouble with the law. Otherwise it doesn't make sense to me.

They can't though - there is no trouble with the law they could get into. Advertising prostitution isn't illegal, so it doesn't make sense full stop.

Anika that is too funny lol! However, I think this  is their attempt at a disclaimer albeit a rather long-winded one lol.

I actually clicked on the I agree link just to see and there are tick boxes for escorting and outcalls etc

Amy, I think that they have their wires crossed in terms of the disclaimer bit. As you say it is not illegal just  to advertise .

Hopefully someone will soon be  along to clarify..............he he

If you feel ok with the terms and you don't find whatever callers you get too annoying it shouldn't do any harm. This is an offshoot of vivastreet, so you might want to have a look at the threads about that site if you haven't already.

Hmm, I tried Vivastreet last month, didn't renew it, and nicknamed it 'cheaperstreet'
As in lots of calls from guys saying 'can you do anything cheaper'
Oh, and the messages! Don't get me started on them! >:(
I got total of 2 bookings from Vivastreet in one month, and decided it wasn't worth the grief..
