It is just about possible that we have a tiny number of workers from Ecuador reading, but I doubt it and this is really an ad aimed at clients, isn't it?

I've not deleted the ad because the site does offer free profiles to independent workers. However I wouldn't be surprised if someone else decides to do so because of the above.
