Thanks for the feedback! Now you've made me want to read our content all over again!! Our agency whilst only being a few months old is already trusted and ranking for various terms on google. If there is anything you would like me to add to make this post more appropriate please let me know. We are a genuine agency looking to recruit like-minded high-class girls.

No, it most certainly does not - you can ask for whatever you like and that is your prerogative but there is no reason whatsoever for you to know anybody's personal details, nor for you to have identifiable photographs of them. If you're genuine, you'll be happy to meet them in person prior to them engaging your services.
How you choose to conduct your agency, yes.
How this industry works, no. The people here have many, many combined years of sex industry experience and since this forum is probably the hardest job interview you'll ever have, I suggest you listen to them.

Of course we invite people to meet in person, we're just looking for the perfect candidates which is why our recruitment process is quite strict. We do not want time-wasters.
As you say though, I ask for no personal information- only that you contact us on the details listed on our website. We would very much like to meet or speak to anybody interested in joining us.
Please don't insinuate that I have any malicious ideas just because I may not have written my recruitment post the right way ^^. Whilst I understand your feedback and authority in this domain, I would also appreciate if you spoke to me with respect as all I have done is try to recruit for my agency which you of all people should understand is an essential part of our industry- regardless of the 'wording of the advert'

Bless. If you're looking for respect you're in the wrong place, although you'd have had more luck had you bothered reading the forum rules and not made me waste my time removing your woeful tout posts from the Q&A board (where you're not permitted to post) without them ever seeing the light of day.
The forum members here, including but not limited to me, will address you however they see fit. We're here to support and advise sex workers not to help you earn money from their hard work, and we don't have a lot of time for agency pimps at the best of times. Despite that, nobody has been anything other than polite and constructive to you, and if I was you I'd count yourself lucky you still have an advertisement here at all.
In other words, it might be time to stop digging. I'm sure others will be along directly to have their say too.

I'd add to that, how far ahead do the people paying by bank transfer/credit card have to settle up? Presumably in good enough time for the woman doing the booking to be paid in full beforehand, since cash upfront before so much as removing one shoe is a far more 'essential part of the industry' than involving a middle man to set it up.

I've looked at your website and believe me mate there is nothing 'Elite, First class or High end' about it and as for agencies taking care of a prossies best interest well thats is big fat lie right there as agencies only exist in order to prosper off the backs of escorts.
