I've built up a regular book of clients ready waiting to book. But I'm now no longer able to fulfil those requests whilst being back here in the UK / retiring for this period of time.

Some, not all, people loathe navigating the possible minefield of a first tour in a new city/country. I was once one of those people, the risk of having an possible empty tour and wasting my time. But also I hated paying repeat commission to an agency on meeting the same client twice, three times etc etc.

So I'm offering that I can set up frequent bookings to make for a busy first tour. With a one off fee on each client I book in for you. (I'd ask 30% on each new booking with each new client). This is for my time and efforts. After which I'd hope you've gained a new client to keep and build your own client base for repeat tours etc.

Dubai clients are having a tough time of it, with the mass of fake listings. Becoming extremely distrustful. There's a lot of switch and bait going on with groups of foreign gangs waiting for them on in calls. Stealing everything they have on them, whilst appearing to be a pretty European girl on the profile. I get in undated with requests to meet trusted aqauntances I can recommend to them and have organised previous tours for friends in the industry based on it being less stress for the girl, she can just clock on every day when she starts. Get garaunteed bookings, but ultimately gain a good set of regulars for her next trip.

Rates are steadying around 300/400/500£ an hour. In calls in the comfort of your own hotel. Two clients a day minimum.

The type of clients that come my way seek:
A friendly welcoming demeanour.
Someone on time.
Who appears to enjoy her work.

I'd would need a collection of nice pictures to send discreetly to them so they can see if they'd like to meet. To work with someone who's honest, well presented. Has good time management. And I can promise in return I will make you as busy as you would like to be.

Dates / meetings / bookings. Meaning the same thing. A scheduled meeting with a client of the typical nature.

My concern with this is that newbies are going to see this and go, ooh Dubai, and jump straight in without knowing exactly what they are getting into.

The legal situation in the middle east isn't to be taken lightly.

If anyone is reading this and thinking about it do a thorough search of the forum and make sure you know what you're doing..two members here have a lot of experience touring Dubai I'd be speaking to them.

Also the legal position of being caught working for someone compared to the legal position of being caught working indie.

I just feel if you're not confident enough to sort your own flights, ads etc you're not confident enough to go there. I know I'm not.

There are 2 very reputable members here with lots of experience touring that part of the world who I'm sure would be happy to answer questions or comment....I just feel it's always best to get help and advice from someone who won't be profiting from you working. It's in the OPs best interests for you to go as you'd be paying her 30%.

If your British it is not so bad. Your earnings are not confiscated. Your put on a flight back to the Uk. And banned from returning. It's not Saudi. Which involves situations none of us know about that could happen. Dubai is a place to be judged by those that have been. Not going on the press and myths. Ive met over 50 girls in my time in Dubai in the industry. With one getting arrested. Being a Czech girl who was causing a lot of trouble. She had overstayed her tourist visa, alongside being drunk and disorderly in public being violent. I never worried about compromising even my regular job alongside working. Anyone knows how to behave and not to attract attention. It is true, you need to be gutsy and confident in a new place. But also low key and respectful of the environment around you.
If you seek trouble, it will come. Never have I or close girls around me had any. Only more likely the odd drunk client on a late in call, if you entertain those, I don't in any city unless a regular who pays handsomely for his annoying state.

I was too quick to post on here. Having done some more research on further past forum subject posts.

Being Indie myself for so long I knew only too well we don't like to work for others/give others our share of earnings. Hence why I was considering offering an "introduction" type fee where I don't want repeat commission for same repeat clients. But can get a new girl on the scene started.

I've seen a lot of girls come and go in Dubai and not quite get it right with choice of hotels, finding the right clients, keeping them and avoiding the time wasters  etc. And thought whilst semi retiring for this year to come I could work in another aspect of the industry. Network and earn. Like we all seek to do in life. But I think I'll just do this by word of mouth within the circle of girls I know who ask me to do this.
