Hi my name is Nina and I am looking for a girl to share work in my flat in Southampton.

This is a new flat which I have painted, decorated and furnished to a very high standard over the last three weeks. I will email pictures on request. The flat is located in Southampton which is about 1.5 hours away from London so easy to commute to. It is close to Hampshire and the New Forest which is very picturesque. It's also not far of a commute from Devon.

You will not be required to pay any rent. I will look after bookings and phone calls.

I have worked for a year myself in London and have recently moved to Southampton to set up this flat up. It's a very friendly environment. There is a comfortable lounge to relax in between clients with flat screen TV, high speed internet access, kitchen and comfortable sofas.

I am looking for a friendly, outgoing girl with cheerful personality. I will favour anyone interested in working full time but will also consider you if you only want to work 3 or 4 days a week. This is a new venture for me in many ways... having worked in a flat that wasn't my own previously and not being particularly happy about how things were run, I have so many ideals about running a perfect business where everyone is happy that I want to implement. This is a great forum, am learning a lot from it and glad I stumbled across it. I can see myself using other sections a lot and am very grateful for your responses (Amy and Devlish).
