Given that the Equality Act 2010 outlaws discrimination against people with disabilities including mental illness or previous mental illness (and this applies not just to employees but to users of services, which i'm assuming is how they're painting their offer since they're not actually employing anybody) I think they must be having a little joke.
They could just be unbelievably thick and misguided, which seems far more likely. If they're trying to avoid the pimping laws, they could probably pull it off if they're not taking a cut per booking, but as they're inciting people to become prostitutes, it's a bit academic :).
