Q. How much do you charge to rent a room?
A. We charge ?80.00 per day and ?70.00 if required for two or more consecutive days and ?455.00 per week.

Payment will be required on arrival.

A. The cost does include staying overnight however, if you have not booked the room for longer than a day you will be required to leave at 9am.

Q. What time can I arrive?
A. You can arrive anytime from 10.30 am onwards.

Q. Do I have to provide a deposit?
A. For regular clients this will not be necessary although, we generally request a deposit of 20% to secure your place due to no shows.

We are happy to pencil your name in for the date you have requested however, priority will be given to the individual who has confirmed their requests with a security deposit.

Q. How far is the property from Bournemouth Station?
A. The house is a 5-7 minutes drive by car. There are several buses that runs directly outside the station and is 15 minutes away from the property.

Q. How far is the property from Bethnal Green Station?
A. The apartment is a 2 minutes drive by car and a 10 minutes walk.

Q. Is there parking available?
A. There are free parking spaces available on the roads surrounding the property however, there are none located directly outside the house. (Bournemouth)
