Just had someone in last minute who I've seen before. He paid, used my toilet and then said he changed his mind. Couldn't do it to his wife etc. He was nice enough and apologised, but I gave the money back and he left.

I'm aware that this happens and sometimes it's genuine. Maybe he didn't like me this time. But everyone else who has been genuine has left the fee or part of the fee and he looked like he was going to ask for it back anyway, so I offered and he took it. Said he wouldn't bother me again. I would have been more bothered if he'd disrupted my whole morning, but because it was last minute and 15 minutes, I wasn't too bothered.

Worth a report or not would you say? He hasn't got any reports so far.

I have no issue with it being locked again  or even ourselves being removed from Saafe by admin, as I have said previously if users want to contact us they can do so via an app support ticket, via email or via "X" (Twitter) ..... I only commented in reply to a half truth being told about our app, and then to inform "Amy" of our email reply ICO commitments.

I had something similar happen 14 years ago, he did the same to others sometimes multiple times but had good AW feedback and was very plausible.

Definitely report, you could say you've seen him however many times then he did this.

I have downloaded Client Eye on my iphone, however it doesn’t allow me to check nor add phone numbers.
