Finally got it sorted after my friend posted the link to me via his Apple phone. Apparently Android don't always have clickable links
Vivastreet IT department should know this instead of sending rude emails to polite requests for help. Never known customer service to be like that anywhere
They finally sent me a link that worked, but it took them most of the evening to do so.
Anyway, I hope they don't change their app again because I've never had such a nightmare before with it.
