I have annual subscription, with the new app I do not have access to check reports.
There was an option to update by sending the data this afternoon, now I go in at night and it only gives me the option to buy a coffee.
I don't know if it's because of the limited hours...

Just gone onto CE and noticed it has changed

Numbers that have reports for guys aren't showing

Anyone else having trouble? I've just tried submitting a help request via the app already on my phone and it won't work

Really pissed off

I am not having any problems it's working absolutely fine for me, has been consistently. I can see reports on number both current, mine, others and historic.

This issue is affecting some Android Play Store users after the recent app update, opening a support ticket and calling us "idiots" is going to result in the same thing you would do to a client if you were called that.
READ what is displayed to you after you have done a search, rather than delaying things by starting a support ticket or coming onto saafe

I have READ everything. There is no icon to install the latest app after pressing the three dots as instructed.

I can only hope it'll resolve itself. Really not helpful and costing me money as I won't see anyone new until this is resolved.

I have tried to reinstall from Google play and the only app is Client Eye Lite which still does the same thing.

All I get when I input a number that I know has reports is an unhelpful message saying "oops... this is embarrassing" etc etc.

When I click on www.   on the menu in the top right corner after this message is a blank screen.

Whatever I have tried and followed doesn't work. Is this likely to resolve itself? I'm glad I've never paid the £35 a year for this.

You also need to make contacting yourselves more accessible.

If it helps anyone, I think I've managed to figure it out. I just went onto the Internet on my phone, typed in, clienteye.app into search bar, it came up with the website and options to download. It downloaded a separate app to the clienteye lite, the old app has turned into. I've had to register again for full access, but hopefully that'll be back by tomorrow.

CE is only a tool, just because someone isn't in there doesn't mean they are safe. Only my opinion but my advice is apply same precautions to everyone you accept a booking from.

You could be the first a person harms or messes around
Someone who has been a reported TW or danger could change their number

Just contact them? I rarely have a problem with it but if I do then I have found them to be very helpful.
