How do I get the numbers to flag up straight away? I’m having to search each one

I search from the call and text list within the app, is that what you do?

the app runs differently depending if you are on android or ios. Ios, you need to search individually and you can search through the call text list on android - the permissions for data use are different in the apple store and play store (that may not be right name, I'm an apple user) so they don't operate the same.

I am just wondering if anyone else is having Clienteye problems with iOS.  The app was working fine then at weekend went all funny.  I was told to reinstall the new app CE PLUS.  I did this, and since then they have not been in touch to answer any questions or reactivate?  I’m not sure if it’s just me or if this is a general problem?

My phone doesn't show alerts for incoming calls and I have to search manually.

I would like to change my subscription to another device so I can check numbers while receiving incoming calls to my work phone. Does anyone know how it can be done?.
