Hi there. I already have a subscription but l use different phones for different ads and l have a new phone and found client eye restricted. It said to access out of hours restriction removal would be to buy you a coffee which l have done but nothing yet.

Am unable to load on the phones l use clienteye+ on but the basic CE l have on one phone is working.

I've just reinstalled the app but now only have 2 headings at the top of the screen for Contacts and Search (the app previously had headings for List, Contacts and SMS - does anyone know how I get that version back please as I'm tearing mt hair out scrolling through thousands of numbers every time?!

ClientEye+ has these features, ClientEye from the playstore does not (ClientEye+ is linked from within the ClientEye app via the settings cog icon)

We are currently looking into an issue with our latest iOS app, that causes some searches to fail and return the user to the previous page without displaying the search results. If this happens to you, wait a few seconds before performing the same search, DO NOT re-install the app, as you will just compound the issue by your new installation being restricted by default.

Install ClientEye on your iPhone, then go through the restriction removal process via the shield tick icon on the report results pages. You can request restrictions be removed and any subscription transferred at the same time
