My work phone has died, and it’s not able to turn back on, so I’ve had to get a new one, but I currently have a subscription based on my old number/phone. Can this be transferred over to my new phone?

My ClientEye app is saying ‘ClientEye beta has expired’ and I can’t open the app. What can I do?! I have a subscription and iv been using it today

Our iOS testflight version (beta) has expired as it has moved to production and is now available in the app store.

You should be able to do this yourself if you have had restrictions removed, anyone sharing report details with someone they do not know, and cannot guarantee is not a client, would be subject to the same rules regarding sharing report detail and could be blocked.

I finding since the lockdowns literally half of my regs have all got 2 or more reports, some have 10.  They've all gone potty.  But they behave for me.

So I been booking people in with reports as long as its not for robbery or violence.   Its hit and miss but most turn up fine.

I wasn't using CE pre lockdown, I suspect CE use has mushroomed in the last 2 to 3 years. More users is likely to mean more reports.Only 1 of my regulars has a report and it's a harvest from post made way before covid in the warning section of this forum based on removal of last 2 digits. Contacted the poster but no longer has the full number so can't confirm if it is actually him.

If you want to swap a subscription from one installation to another, this can be done by emailing us. Each installation (different device) needs its own subscription
