Yes, there's so much lag, I have to cut calls to check CE .

I was verifying the other day for use on another phone and a pop up asked me to verify with my bank.
I verified then realised I had been scammed.
The bank have been great and they are refunding my £1 and if any other money is taken they will refund me and charge these scammers.
There must be a security glitch so do be on your guard.
I'm not happy. I'm now not bothering with my other phone and don't know if I have limited searches are not.
Just so much hassle.

This has NOTHING to do with us! we explained this to you last week when you messaged us directly.
There is NO security glitch with our systems or with our payment pages, we explained any payments made to us appear as Airwave Apps and NOT the name you mentioned to us.

The POPUP that appeared on your phone is unique to an issue in YOUR PHONE, and NOT related to ClientEye in any way.

My phone is new and there's no need to shout, I'm not deaf.

The problem is not with you but with malware that popped up when I was trying to follow your instructions.
What I was trying to ascertain is if it was possible to pay for CE on more than one device but didn't get that far in the conversation as I was dealing with my bank and the scammers.

Ps. Im delighted it is not anything to do with CE but the timing was suspicious. I happily subscribe to you. It was also confusing having to deal with texting you on my work phone whilst trying to get permissions for my private phone which I still don't know whether I have or not.

I appreciate it must be difficult dealing with some issues that arise but things can be stressful on both sides.

I tried to verify the number via the link provided but after filling up the form it says "This site can't be reached. The web page might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

How to remove the restrictions, please?

Click the shield tick icon when it appears on the report results pages, different options appear for different users depending on their restriction status, subscription prices are also listed on the click-through pages.

I misjudged a harmless sod :-\

If you are an iOS user, search for and report 07000111222, enter the number to be removed in the report description, and submit it, once received we will ensure your ID matches the ID of the report to be removed, if it matches we will remove within 24hrs if it does not match it will not be removed.

If you are an Android user, click on the report description text, and a delete option appears to the original reporter so they can delete it.

Transferred ClientEye from the old phone but after opening it was frozen on the initial screen (where you had to choose the country).
I restarted the phone - nada. Then uninstalled the app, and installed again (via ClientEye website -> Google Play store). It's not on the phone though. 😩😩

If you have downloaded ClientEye+ from the website and installed it, it will be on your phone somewhere. That's where the playstore usually puts them
