Sorry for the late reply on this.

We had a server overloading issue at about 11 am this morning which ran for about 3hrs, we put out a quick tweet whilst we attempted to fix the error as we were receiving multiple messages regarding the outage.

During the outage, our server's load averages were >120+ when they are normally below <2 ( 5900% over normal loads ) and the server could not handle it.

We hope the issue has been resolved for now ( current load averages are <2 ), and will continue to track what caused it in an attempt to stop it from happening again, we have done a couple of things but it's somewhat guesswork at this stage.

I hope it's fixed now. Obviously things can go wrong occassionly part of life. Thanks for letting us know and if it happens again maybe you could update on here too as not on twitter and could not message you via the app to know it was a fault for everyone.

We received an email over the weekend in regards to reports that appeared for various numbers on ClientEye, these reports related to what has been found to be AW's 2 way SMS service numbers (23 of them), the 40 reports that were registered against these numbers have been removed and replaced with a ClientEye message stating it's an AW 2 way SMS service and not an individual client, the descriptions now say:

"CLIENTEYE OFFICIAL: This number and others are official Adultwork 2-way SMS numbers and are not client numbers. Other numbers linked ............ "

Whilst the original report descriptions will have been accurate in their events, we thought it best to remove the report descriptions and replace them with the above  ClientEye message instead, as various clients could have used the AW 2 way SMS service.
