Hi Client Eye, would there be any plans to allow more info on a report as sometimes difficult to get all the words in as it is set at so many letters?
If a poster who has reported something more serious (not for timewasters or no show) about a client and you need to ask another user a question about it or if they have more details to give, is there a way we can message you on the app and you can message the user i.d person to ask something is this possible?

We originally had a limit of 128 characters and were asked to increase, so we increased to 256 characters.
We did, for a short time, have no limit, BUT, we had a couple of users who liked to expand on every detail and make novel-type entries, so reverted back to 256 characters.
Inter-user messaging is something we have looked at in the past but we decided against it, as it would open up the possibility of clients attempting to contact users who had made reports. Verified user to verified user messaging via admin would, unfortunately, be a minefield, opening up the possibility of user coercion by clients in an attempt to get the original reporters to open up about any reporting they had done.
We know clients already attempt to coerce users into divulging report information, having user to user messaging would be another avenue they would no doubt take.
