I have the CE app on my android phone but I have no notifications when the phone rings .what am I missing ? What should I do to my phone to get that useful  feature

Same for me, I can only search after the call.

Same here too. It would be great to have warnings flash up as they are ringing/talking. I've accepted a few bookings then had to cancel them after seeing reports.

That's why I ask them to text first, I check their number after the text and only respond after I have checked CE. 

With android ensure you are using our ClientEye+ app from our website for the call/sms notification features, our standard ClientEye app from the playstore does not have these features. We are aware of an issue with ClientEye+ for some users where notifications do not appear and its something we have been looking at for a while.

I was very excited when I changed work phone to android,  meant I no longer had to input numbers into the app on my personal phone worked for a couple of calls then nothing.

ClientEye+ uses services that are now not allowed by google on the playstore (ie accessing incoming call/sms), we have been able to tweek our apps in the past to keep one step ahead of the constant android changes, but these MAY have come to an end. 

At the moment our options are limited or expensive and we are currently in a stalemate situation.
Keep it the way it is which costs £0 or change our apps to become the android default call/sms handler which will cost £10-12K and would take at least 6mths.

If you are attacked or robbed by a man from whom the client eye could have saved or maybe somebody kill one girl the google will take responsibility?

I'm using the 'can you call back in 2 minutes' my phone is about to die then check them if they ring.

Have you tried the contact system through their website or twitter, I think that's how I contacted them in the past.

Mines working fine again now 😀.
