Hi I sent a support message last week about redownloading client eye on my phone and now all details don’t show up when I search numbers. I also have a new phone I use specifically for AW I’ll like verified too, I did send my AW profile link and vivastreet ad to confirm it’s the same person using both numbers but I haven’t heard back.

We reply to every message we receive, either via an auto support ticket reply, by email, or by contacting via any linked AW VS details supplied. If we do not get a reply within 48hrs we delete the request.

Hi I definitely wasn’t contacted via either numbers supplied, I’ll fill the form again. I also sent a text to the verification number you guys used last time I had to verify about a report I wanted removed but didn’t get a response.

We verify in different ways, via different methods each time, we try not to be consistent in just one process so others (Clients) cannot subvert and attempt to get verified.

Is anyone having issues with it today?

We had 3hrs downtime earlier today which thankfully has now been fixed.

Can you link an id without creating a new report?

A few months ago I created a note on a mobile due to being a time waster but without giving too much away I can see he’s more active. I know I can add the AW name but does this mean a new report.

He did try to contact again thankfully I’ve got him saved and told him to delete my number and never contact me again.

If you have previously reported their number and want to report his username now & link the 2 together, then search for the username click on +REPORT and add the previously reported telephone number in the additional details field, enter in your report description, and submit.

Our system will allow the username report to appear & link it to your previous number report with it's original description.
( This is assuming you are an Android or iOS testflight user )

Amazing thank you. I tend to save them by personal and some identification so any reminders help massively even when they text and message I can cross reference. I've made the mistake of blocking someone on my phone, reported and then got messages through and inwardly groaned when I realised who it was,

How can you search for a username? I can only search and type in a number and I use IOS. Are there other ways of using CE from android phones or can you use it on a desk top?

CE will obviously help much better.
But are you using the TestFlight version for iOS ?

I'm having an issue with the app and the website but only on my work phone

I had clienteye+ and it was working fine yesterday but today it would instantly close if I opened it and wasn't popping up when I got a call or text.

I uninstalled and tried to reinstall but when I go to the clienteye site via Google, Twitter is links here I get the following message

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

so I can't download or report my issue there

I tried the Google play version and it just hangs on the eye logo.

I'm on tour in a new city and the app has been a lifesaver so far! I'm using android, my mobile internet rather than hotel WiFi and I'm a subscriber, if any of that helps
