Thanks for all the positive comments, it keeps us going

The next update for Android will include an extra ad placement BUT before anyone complains this ad is different, if you watch a 15-30 second ad, the reward for doing so will be the removal of ALL ADS for the rest of the day. This will help generate some revenue to cover the ever-increasing costs and still keep the apps free.

We "Maybe" also including a link in the app notifications/settings tab where users can support us each month & permanently remove the ads from the app, we are still very much conflicted on this and are trying to find a level and mixture everyone (MOST) would be happy with.

How I would love to tell these guys they've been reported. Obviously I won't, but I just had a guy call who I'd usually not see but no reports (well he has one now) so thought I'd chance it. (Also had great punters I usually wouldn't chance.) He cancelled by text 5 mins before. I'd just love to text back, "fine but I've reported you", or, "fine, escorts have a new blacklist for unsuitable punters and you're now in the system". I bet they'd think twice about misbehaving if they knew there was such a thing.

No. They would simply get another sim and change it every time they book an escort.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

Is this something that will pop up automatically, or is it a "click here to watch an ad and get no ads for the rest of the day"?

What I find jarring is when I open CE on my work phone and it goes straight to ad display so my phone starts making a noise. I do not want a sound! I don't want to alert clients I'm using it!

Sorry that I haven't read through all previous pages but are you an NUM connected or networked in any way? I've been on a few NUM focus groups (via zoom) and they've been really useful. It seems like they would have the groundwork and connections to really help CE become an industry standard tool.
And me, I am not a mess, I am a wilderness, yes

Hi Client eye.

I'm using true caller to help with blocking my calls and until recently client eye was popping up notifications so I could screen before pick up.

However it seems to have stopped working. I'm having to manually copy over the numbers and having to call back.

I'm sure its user error on my behalf but do you have any tips. I seem to have lost ability to check calls and texts.

I'm on an android 6.0.1 - S5

It will be an ad that will display "watch an ad and get no ads for the rest of the day" with a close button so users can choose to close and ignore or watch the ad and remove all ads for the rest of the day.

What I find jarring is when I open CE on my work phone and it goes straight to ad display so my phone starts making a noise. I do not want a sound! I don't want to alert clients I'm using it!

The rewarded ads if watched would also stop theses ads showing, what we are hoping is that users, when they start their day, will open the app Search a random number, watch the rewarded ad and then be ready to take calls knowing there will no further ad interruptions. The revenue from the rewarded ad should be equal to that of ads just displaying without being clicked.

We have had a few conversations with NUM but we are not connected or networked in anyway, we both take slightly different approaches to the type of reports we receive and how they display.

Firstly ensure you are using ClientEye+ from our website as this is the only app that is capable of displaying call/SMS notifications and ensure they are enabled from within the app.

Secondly apps like "Truecaller" actually change the android default call handler to their own, ClientEye can ONLY monitor and read the android default call handler so any issue MAY be caused by this.

It’s was user error I hadn’t done the plus version. True caller so far works well. Personally I like the two because when I get a warning flag on client eye I use true caller to block them but appreciate this might not work on all phones.

Very handy when you get one with 49 warnings.

Keep up the great work and if I can ever send a donation for your hard work in keeping us safe

Maybe you guys could think about producing a paid version as a separate app? I'd very happily pay, say, £10 per month or £60 annually to have it ad free (as well as knowing I'm helping support you guys)

I don't know if that would be easier to implement than a paid version within the one app?

Whist is great to know someone would pay for our apps we know others may object to any cost, IF we go down that route it would be easier to have a mixed, with ads/without ads app, and give all users the option to decide.

Our current thoughts ( if we go that way ) are, watch an ad then the app is ad free for the rest of the day, or totally ad free for £2.99 per month / £24.99 for the year

I think that would be excellent value.

Does anyone have the call identification turned on to screen calls as they come through? My work phone is an iPhone 6 Plus and I’ve not been able to turn it on. Underneath CE it says call blocking and identification apps are not able to access any information about your incoming calls.
