We are transitioning from a fully open system to a more protective one.

The reason for this is we are becoming more well known in circles we would rather not, some users are telling clients they have been reported and they are in turn making GDPR requests with us, mostly unsuccessfully. These clients are also seeing reports on them and giving abuse to the original reporter if they suspect who it is, they are also giving abuse to the wrong users when they wrongly suspect.

The new system will ONLY restict unverified users ( those with a low searching or reporting history ), restricted users will still be able to see the amount of reports and the report type but will not see the report description ( THIS IS TO PROTECT THE ORIGINAL REPORTER )

None of the updates done today restrict existing users who have a reporting history and will only effect a small number of people or those with a recent installation.

I would imagine if people have to reinstall the app if they have a history of reporting there i.p details/phone details Client eye would know this and there a genuine member with history and not a client pretending to be a SW.

What happens if we change phones at some point what about our history of reporting how would that work?

Hi CE. I sent you a message through the app a few days ago re verification bit no reply as yet. I go to the envelope icon and create the ticket there, but when I go into that section it just says 'create a new support request' etc. Is this area where you answer me? Thankyou.

It's really awful now, despite working for 2 years and reporting all bad guys I'm not verified because I recently changed my phone! I can't see any reports and now I'm anxious to meet a guy even with one report when normally some of the were genuine.

If it's all about installation, now after every app update I'll be unverified? Is it possible to proof you somehow my app usage so you can make me verified member?
