Now my client eye puts 99 reports on a client numbers probably have to delete app and download again

Please ladies if you use Client Eye and a client calls and shows up having reports do not tell them they reports on there and where it is otherwise it is allowing them to change there details.

A while back i was avoiding somebody that flashed up with a report, eventually i just made out i was fully booked he tried a few times did not want to give up and was very cocky lets say so seemed to me to be a pain and boundary pusher . He said to me "i know you probably avoiding me as i have seen a report on myself that a lady i visit showed me about myself" i said sorry do not know what you are talking about but if you have warnings will not see you now anyway.

He knew what it said so obviously got showed it. Please don't let clients know about this and what reports say about them or even just chit chatting with ok clients about the app.

Surely the less clients know about it the better and the app is for our safety, clients should not be given access to read reports even if the client is a nice one and a regular.

Emma, CE says that verified user reports appear in bold and I have seen them more often lately.

How do I become a verified/trusted user?

When you are viewing reports the verification shield icon will appear at the top of the app, click that and it will take you to our verification pages

17-08-2020 Android FULL v2.5 released with separate number, username & email search, and reporting sections.
Our Lite version (without auto Call/SMS screening capabilities) with the same search features is due to be released on the playstore in the next few days.

iOS APPLE
We have a test version of our iOS app update v1.0.7(4) available via App Store TestFlight app, Testflight is iOS's official app for testing apps before general release, we will be releasing an update v1.0.7(5) next week which will include username and email address searching & reporting options.

So, I am having an issue since the new update.

Usually any spam reports show at the bottom of the call but now they aren't. I can't see it until I've answered and in some cases not all. One fuckwit slipped through the net today.

It's very frustrating.  I don't think having to update it constantly is helpful. Disappointed.

Do you have a call blocking app or other phone app on your phone. That will interfere.

iPhones run differently to our Android app and can only display warning notifications for calls, and only for numbers, you don't already have stored as a contact.

Go to your iPhone Settings / Phone / Call blocking & identification and switch on the clienteye caller i.d. You'll then get Call notifications if the caller is not already stored as a contact.
