Android "Lite" is the version we have on the playstore, due to google restrictions it cannot do live call/sms monitoring.
Android "Full" from our website does not have these restrictions so can give live warnings as you receive calls and sms's

Is this a bit like when my android shows Google lite, switches to a stripped down version when signal isn't very strong? Obviously your app is either one or the other - but less memory required?

BTW just popped in a number today old client from years ago who was unreliable, faffer turns out he's been reported for phoning multiple providers booking them for the same time then cancelling them all.

They are 2 different versions of the same app, "Lite" is a stripped down versionn of "Full", Google playstore has many restrictions on what apps can do, our "Full" version has no restrictions and can give instant notifications as calls come in, so you instantly know if they have any previous reports before answering the call.

I have a few numbers that do not generate a report or show up as having called or text in the app.  All the other numbers are showing.  Does this mean it's a web based number and that's why there's no report or showing as contacted me in the app?

There's no reason I can think that would cause that as the app only reads your phone lists and displays them to you.
If your phone has seen them as calls and SMS then they would appear in the app lists.

There's an update to the FULL version on our website if you do not already have it.

I have uninstalled the Mr Number app from my phone and installed the full version of Client eye which is working totally fine.  But I do have the odd number which texts or calls me, that appears as a normal call but doesn't show up in the Client eye at all.  So I was thinking it may be a client that was using a app of some kind to generate a number which isn't a real mobile number and that's why it wasn't showing in Client eye?

Even spoofed numbers ( or an app number ) if it comes to your phone appearing as a normal call it should go through the phone's default call handler which ClientEye monitors to display warnings. If ALL calls had been routed through Mr Number as the default call handler ClientEye would never display any warnings, so its a bit of a mystery.

It can happen that a warning may not appear as a call/sms comes in IF the phones internet is down or slow, as checked are made on our database and if unreachable no warning would appear, however the call/SMS should still appear in the apps lists.

How do I get this to work with my blackberry 10?

Incompatible it is possible to pop it on a separate android, then search for each number - that's how I use it. Can also input reports this way.
