I'm always grateful when I see that someone took their time to post a warning. Great app!

Recently I've noticed that sometimes instead of a warning there is a note:
'Please use caution when dealing with this client.
Patreon supporters will soon be able to access Email and Username searching. AD FREE.'

Does this note replace an actual warning?

This default message appears when a user has reported a number but not entered in a description, we have default text instead of leaving the section blank

Also, if I supported you via Patreon, will you be able to see my Patreon email or any other details?

We would see the email address you had used in order to sign up for Patreon (nobody else would) and any fake name/username you may have entered. We never email anyone about anything as we understand anonymity in this profession and only ever use their internal messaging system or Tier posts to inform Patreons of any important updates.

Grateful for this app as I had a call from someone reported 18 times.....a confused call came through then blocked him. Hope everyone keeps reporting

My friend's phone shows if a caller has a report against them but mine does not.

I have the full app, an android phone but I have to manually input numbers to see if there is a report.

Do others have this problem?

There are various reasons as to why notifications may not appear when a call arrives.
Any user using Android Lite, this feature is not available due to google restrictions
If using android FULL some newer phones use a slightly different call routing so CE is not triggered, our next FULL update (FEB '20)  fixes this.
Any user using iOS the ensure you enable call blocking and identification for CE, Settings/Call blocking & Identification/ Enable Client Eye option

Yes I do.  I think it's because I have another number app (Mr Number) on my phone.  So I have to open the CE app and check each number.  Bit of a pain in the bum, but I not deleting my other app.

Mr Number and Truecaller when installing change the phones DEFAULT call handler so CE never sees the call coming in, it's looking at the normal android default call handler, if either of these is installed CE will be limited to manually checking only.

I used to have a call blocker app but since my phone can block numbers and texts, I deleted the app.

It's annoying as you don't know a real TW until after the appointment is made (gut instinct and screening aside).

Your correct, timewasters only become timewasters to you after an appointment has been made, CE displays if the client has any previous history so you're better informed, it's ultimately your decision.

I've noticed the sms reports aren't coming up with a name to their number, any advice why this could be?

Btw apart from this glitch, I'm finding this app brilliant and can't thank Emma enough 

Until our new update is released the way to do it is to search for and report 07123456789 and enter the number you want to be removed in the description, when we check and see this we can check and remove.

That's something I've never actually realized, or can't remember a valid reason why it doesn't .... Will give it some thought and get back to you.
